Mahalo for your support.
With humble gratitude I would like to thank District 22 for putting your trust in me to represent you in the State House. There are concerns and priorities for our community that I have long wanted to address. From the bottom of my heart, I thank my tireless volunteers, generous supporters and especially the voters for putting me in a better position to be able to do something about them.
I look forward to advancing the issues that I talked about during the campaign. Things like improving financial accountability in the University system to the benefit of students, faculty and the State. Putting sensible restrictions on monster homes. Making sure our kupuna are properly cared for. Improving quality of life on issues like crime and homelessness. And maintaining our beautiful environment in the islands.

Dale's accomplishments as Chairman of the Manoa Neighborhood Board include the following:
• Negotiating a compromise to avoid storing toxic sludge next to housing for UH faculty and their children.
• Facilitating an agreement to curb rampant underage drinking and hooliganism at a popular local restaurant.
• Preventing commercialization of Paradise Park that would have brought 24 tour buses per day into the valley.
• Helping to save iconic Monkeypod trees while enhancing public safety at Manoa Marketplace.
